    十八秒卖一个手袋

    不久前出门洗头的时候心情还很糟糕,回来看到篇帖子,说是卖包包的,细心阅读了一下,又马上到Taobao上查看,果然,销量非常不错。

    虽然本人从事广告行业,但事实上很厌恶,因而纯粹是口碑效应。
    老板是一个台湾死肥仔,工程师出身,不会Design,不会Marketing,不会Branding,在大陆卖手袋去年年营收达新台币一亿四千万元(港币三千万),较2007年成长约250%,今年估计有两亿元营收,毛利率约五成,GP约一成五,约三千万元。
    一个完全没有皮包制造背景,甚至对设计没概念的工程师,怎会成为网拍女包教主?创新就是要这样操作。
    其中关于设计的一段,最为精妙。
    服装与配件背景的设计师告诉他,设计是感性的,很难被量化管理。真的不能吗?庄龙隆苦恼着,夜深人静,他用原本写程序的双手,翻着一本又一本的流行杂志,尝试用理性去归纳这些对他而言很陌生的信息。
    结果,他把包包拆解成功能、材质、配色、图案与流行元素五个构面。庄龙隆记录他的归纳过程。他把流行杂志上,模特儿所穿的衣服、各种配件的元素做分类,比如说,现在的流行元素可能是蝴蝶结,配色是Candy Color糖果色、蓝色等。
    分类之后,庄龙隆要求自己的设计师,不再从无到有的想象,而是在五大构面下的多种元素里,找出三种流行元素来组合成一个包包。少于三种,特色出不来,太多,边际效益不大。加上先前有两千个包包的pool样本基础,只是手边有新的元素,拿去改一下,多简单啊!
     
    原来设计可以如此,看起来包包的设计感还不错,关键是超便宜。
